This trip is perfect for girls wanting to get into surfing & interested in living the surfer lifestyle!
You don’t have to have any experience- we’ll be doing surf lessons so you can improve your skills. However, you should be confident in the ocean, swimming and have an independent mindset when it comes to surfing! (even when surfing in a group with an instructor- surfing is an individual activity and you have to be able to take responsibility for yourself)
Already a confident surfer? All the breaks we’ll be surfing at are suitable for beginner-advanced long boarding - we’ll be surfing at Amy’s favorite longboarding surf break!
career mentorship

Feeling stuck in life and not sure how to live your dream life while having a career you’re proud of?
This trip will involve both group sessions and one-on-one tailored coaching (before, during, and after the trip) to help you achieve your individual life goals.
Come away from this trip will a clear goal for your future.
Topics we cover: building an e-commerce brand, monetizing social media, working as a freelancer, taxes and visas for working/living abroad, and more!

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit with yoga classes. Yoga has been fundamental in my personal development. It helps me get grounded, feel present, and practice mindfulness in my body and brain!

Participants on trip will be carefully chosen to curate a supportive friend group of likeminded women, that will last far beyond the week of the trip!
Nothing is more sacred to me than sisterhood. I would be nowhere without my incredible female friend group - we support each other, encourage each other to be our best selves, love each other, laugh together, and share similar life goals. We all deserve a friend group of women who support each other, love each other, and want to bring each other up, instead of compete with one another.

Sayulita Dream Life Trips are hosted in a gorgeous luxury villa with 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. The villa is three stories and features a pool, rooftop, indoor/outdoor communal areas & epic ocean views!

Dream Life Trips are women-only trips designed for women who are ready to step into their dream life. Participants should be openminded, eager to form connections with likeminded women, excited to spend time in the ocean, keen to experience Mexican culture, and ready to uplevel into their dream life!
This is a curated group trip, so you can enjoy Sayulita without the hassle of having to figure out logistics, activities, or the town by yourself- Perfect for those people who might not want to solo travel, but don’t yet have likeminded friends to travel with!

*Dream Life now offers life-stage specific trips! We will invite you to the trip that is right for you based on your application and interview.
Cost for 2025 trips:
$1,705-$2,495 depending on your week and room choice.
This trip is curated so you don’t have to worry about anything, except fully experiencing your dream life! Included is:
-private or semi-private (your choice) room with ensuite bathroom in a luxury home.
-most meals (varies slightly depending on the trip you choose: see trip-specific pages for more info)

Yes! All surf boards, leashes & wax are included in the trip. We work with a surfboard provider with many good boards, so you can use different boards each day and find one that works for you!
For all Sayulita trips, fly into PVR airport.
Airport transfer is included in the trip! Once you secure your spot in the trip and book your flight, we will organize our trusted private driver to pick you up and bring you to the Dream Life Villa.
Absolutely! As a 26-year-old who has lived here alone for almost 4 years, I can honestly say I feel super safe! The community is really welcoming, and I personally walk around alone, day or night, with a bag that often has a full wallet, my phone, camera and laptop! Just like any place, it’s good to stay aware of your surroundings, but overall, I think you’ll feel right at home here. Can’t wait for you to experience all the magic of Sayulita!
This Dream Life Trip only takes 6 girls/week! We want it to be an intimate "friend group" vibe, and not a super chaotic group trip environment. We find that 6 is the perfect number to have a fun, cohesive group for the week!

Hi! I’m Amy, a Canadian gal who now lives in Mexico.

Before becoming a surfer and entrepreneur, I worked for a NGO running trips in Kenya and Tanzania, represented Canada at the United Nations, received a 5 year honors BA in International Relations from Western University in Canada.

I left the traditional corporate & academic world to pursue my dream life of living by the beach, running my brand Save Our Surf, and surfing everyday. I am passionate about living a beautiful, purposeful life on my own terms, and teaching other women that their dream life is possible, too!

I am currently based in Sayulita full-time, running my brand Save Our Surf, doing content creation, and now run Dream Life Trips.

I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and an ISA Surf Instructor

WHY DREAM LIFE TRIPS?

Dream Life Trips are week-long surf/yoga trips in Sayulita Mexico- designed for women who are looking to live their ‘dream life’, but aren’t sure where to start. These trips are curated to give participants both the immersive experience, and the tools for the future to live an unconventional life on your own terms.

This trip is for women who feel called to a different future for themselves than what society has deemed ‘normal’ - whether that’s moving abroad, working a job that fulfills you, surfing everyday, achieving an ideal work-life balance, and escaping the traditional expectations of what we are told we are ‘supposed’ to do with our lives. Each week, we bring together 6 likeminded women to experience a life-changing week in Sayulita Mexico.

Dream Life isn’t an escape from your normal life- it’s a week to show you that this ‘dream lifestyle’ can be your life!

About Sayulita: What was once a quaint fishing village on the Pacific coast of Nayarit has become a bustling, hippie surf town attracting surfers, yoga, and digital nomads in search of good waves, likeminded community, and an alternative way of living.
